Progressive Appraisal Services Inc. was founded in 2008 by Ian Rogers and specializes in residential appraisals. There are three full time appraisers on staff, two senior appraisers holding the CRA Designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and overseeing a junior appraiser who is working toward obtaining his CRA. We have over 35 years experience appraising residential real estate and are on the approved appraisers list of most major banks and lenders.
