Dan primarily oversees capital markets activities and corporate operations, as well as being one of three seats approving all new acquisitions. Since 2012, Dan has been instrumental in institutionalizing PMG's development platform and team structure to scale operations for managing an approximately $7B pipeline of new construction residential assets.
Dan began his career in the investment banking division of JPMorgan working on large structured financings for institutional clients. While there, Dan executed many take-privates of public retail, office, multifamily, lodging and gaming companies. Following JPMorgan, Dan worked at Lehman Brothers post-bankruptcy on behalf of Alvarez and Marsal, largely responsible for restructuring and working out a portfolio of distressed debt and equity investments across real estate product types.

Kevin Maloney leaves Head of Real Estate position at a savings and loan to start development company. The name Property Markets Group was chosen by surveying his colleagues from a list of industry terms. INFO
Kevin Maloney has thirty years of direct experience in all aspects of managing over 175+ residential and commercial real estate partnerships. He advises on all facets of the company's wide-spanning operations, including general strategy, contract negotiations, investment vetting, and procurement of capital resources. Under Kevin's direction, PMG has grown to a premier national development firm. He has successfully transformed over 80 residential buildings in Manhattan alone from underutilized assets to highly profitable operating properties. Kevin has recently overseen the development of many renowned residential projects, including Walker Tower, Stella Tower, 10 Sullivan, 111 Leroy, 1 Queens Plaza South and 111 W 57th St.

Ryan manages the development of a growing real estate portfolio with over $10B in assets, including all acquisitions, financing, construction, design, marketing, sales and operations. He began his career joining PMG in 2007. Ryan primarily focuses on new construction condo and multifamily high rises in urban cores, including Miami, New York, Orlando, Denver, Atlanta and more. Recent condo projects he's spearheaded include Echo Aventura, Echo Brickell, Muse Sunny Isles, Sage Longboat Key Residences, E11EVEN@ Hotel & Residences, and the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami. Recent multifamily projects include X Miami, Society Las Olas, Society Biscayne, Society Orlando, and Society Wynwood. Ryan graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta.
