Aaron is an integral member of the Delivery Team. He has the brawn and ability to take care of any type of service call we throw at him. His charming smile and boyish good looks may seem irresistible, but ladies, he's taken. These days when Aaron isn't on the clock, you'll find him at home with his wife and baby girl. Aaron also enjoys spending time with the rest of his family around the ranch, visiting the family cabin, and off-roading.

Whether he's sitting at his computer, talking on the phone, or back in the warehouse, Ben's focus is on ensuring we serve our customers at the highest level. His vision is to continue to offer the highest quality products while also finding new lines that will help increase our customer's health and wellness. Ben is a South Dakota native and grew up across the Midwest. When Ben is away from the office, you'll find him spending time with family and friends, woodworking, or on the golf course.

Cayden is the lead member of the Delivery Team and has delivered over 1,000 hot tubs to Rapid Spa customers! Cayden is a great contributor to the Rapid Spa Team and always has a can-do attitude that customers appreciate! Cayden grew up in South Dakota farming and working with mechanical components. In his free time, Cayden enjoys building computers and working on cars.

Derek, the newest member of our sales team, hails from Duluth, MN. Derek likes spending time with his two boys. On the weekend, you might run into Derek out on the golf course, taking a Sunday drive through the hills, or catching a Vikings game. Derek is also one of our most creative employees. He enjoys putting a brush to canvas and painting beautiful masterpieces.

Joe grew up around Custer and has been working on spas since 2006. If you find yourself with a broke down spa, rest assured that when Joe shows up, he is qualified and committed to getting you up and running! When not at work, Joe spends time with his family including 2 children. If you enjoy live music around the Black Hills, look for the wig wearing drummer. Joe's talents are only rivaled by the likes of John Bonham & Tommy Lee.
Kelly brings over 15 years of accounting, business, and management experience to the Rapid Spa Team. She is dedicated to ensuring that Rapid Spa is the leading retailer of spas in the Black Hills region for many years to come. She is also passionate about ensuring that Rapid Spa provides quality products and service, with an outstanding customer experience. Kelly grew up in South Dakota and loves spending time with family, reading, walking and hiking, and trying new recipes.
