Dr. Neil Bayley graduated from Howard University in 1977 with degree in Maxillofacial surgery. He is currently holds the title of Chief Surgeon in Veteran Affairs Hospital, where he trained thousands of resident doctors in Oral Surgery.

Dr. Soheil Rashidchi, the recipient of 8 "Top Dentists in Rockville" and "Leading Physicians of the World" award, obtained her Bachelor of Optometry in France in 1985 and graduated from Howard University in 1997. She is Fluent in English, French, and Farsi. Dr. Rashidchi has lived in Rockville, Maryland for past 25 years, where she has a private dental care. She has continuously perused advanced courses in Dentistry, such as Occlusion, General Surgery, Root Canals, Cosmetic Dentistry, and more, in order to provide her patients with the most comprehensive, cutting-edge care.
