Angela Pasquale

Angela recently returned to NW Recruiting Partners as the Director of Business Development. She was integral in building NW Recruiting Partners from the ground up alongside Lacey Clark. She wore many hats, including business development, recruiting, and operations. Angela has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and recruiting with an emphasis on real estate sales and development. A self-proclaimed "people connector," she prides herself on her ability to match extraordinary talent with growing organizations. Angela works diligently to help her clients find the right talent and fit, as every client and job seeker has a unique set of needs, goals, and desires. Angela grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Business Management and an Economics Minor. Seattle has been her home for almost 20 years. In her free time, you can catch Angela running at Golden Gardens, trying out the latest exercise class, hitting the Ballard Sunday Market, and enjoying time with family and friends. She has always gravitated toward chasing the sun and ocean but has enjoyed becoming a bonafide skier during the last few years.

Bernalyn Sitson

Bernalyn, aka Berns, has worked in the sales industry for more than 11 years, including in hospitality, event management, HR and payroll. Berns aligns her plans and activities with absolute dedication to achieve sustained success for the organizations and customers she supports. In addition, she is regularly recognized as an individual who out-performs the expected financial targets of her roles. Bernalyn's passion to be the gateway to an individual's career growth has led her to become an integral part of the Seattle Financial Staffing team. In her spare time, she loves to connect and learn from different cultures and enjoys travelling in various areas of the Philippines and United States. Catherine Dickson

Catherine Dickson brings over 13 years of business development and relationship management experience to the Seattle Financial Staffing team. Her background as Co-Founder of a boutique Commercial Real Estate firm and Owner of a successful consulting practice offer Catherine the unique ability to uncover what's most important on both sides of the hiring table. Catherine's favorite aspect of recruiting is facilitating lasting positive change in both her companies' and candidates' day-to-day lives. When not at the office, you can find Catherine in her kitchen recipe testing new and delicious healthy meals, on a weekend camping trip with her partner and Goldendoodle, Bridger, or out exploring the many beautiful neighborhoods Seattle has to offer.

Gayle Luchini

Gayle started out her career in sales and recruitment, working in higher education, and focusing on the commercial arts fields. She partnered with students and their families to educate them about the college, find the right program for them and help them matriculate successfully into school. She then moved on to the staffing recruiting industry, handling contract through direct hire positions and concentrating on all levels of administrative and human resources roles, as well as large customer service projects. Gayle found a love of working with HR positions and decided to take the PHR (professional of human resources) certification exam which has helped her have deeper understanding of her clients' and candidates' needs. Connecting with people and supporting both candidates and clients in achieving their goals is Gayle's passion. As a lifelong learner, she is excited to now build her experience, network, and partnerships within the construction, real estate, and financial services fields. Gayle is originally from New Mexico and then moved to Seattle after college and is happy to now call herself a Seattleite. When not working, she enjoys creative endeavors, chatting with her friends and listening to or watching true crime podcasts/documentaries. In addition, Gayle is committed to learning more about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and focusing on building a better understanding of herself and others to apply this knowledge and understanding to both her career and her personal life.

Karla Haguisan

Karla brings nearly three years of recruiting experience to our team, as well as a strong background in Psychology and Psychometrics. In her previous positions, she specialized in recruiting a high quantity of qualified candidates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Karla's degree in Psychology and her experience as a licensed Psychometrician allows her to understand and uncover what her candidates are really looking for in their next career transition. One of Karla's favorite aspects of recruiting is helping people by assisting them in getting hired in roles they truly want. It gives her a sense of fulfillment whenever she successfully places candidates in those roles. When she's not working, you can find Karla, a major animal lover, spending quality time with her two big dogs, Cooper and Appa.

Lacey Clark

Lacey has been recruiting for over 20 years, hiring at all levels and in multiple industries. She is the owner of NW Recruiting Partners and manages the recruiting and sales teams. Her background includes time at Amazon, Lucent, and a startup company: Terabeam. She has successfully recruited for many sectors, including construction, accounting, financial, real estate, aerospace, high-tech and manufacturing. After growing up in Idaho, she moved to Seattle when she was 21, started her career at a staffing agency, and within a few years she moved to in-house recruiting. While recruiting was always a passion, she built on her sales expertise and expanded into real estate for several years. Now back to her recruiting roots for almost a decade, Lacey loves the challenge of playing matchmaker for companies and professionals. When she's not working, you'll find her spending time with her daughter, doing yoga, running, boating, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Lisa Glenn

Lisa's diverse background encompasses recruiting, sales, and event management within multiple industries including oil and gas, education and retail. Lisa is also well-traveled; originally from Eastern Washington, she pursued her college education in Arizona and lived abroad in New Zealand. Lisa has found her home once again in Seattle where she has been for the last decade. While pursuing her degree at Arizona State University, Lisa expanded her role as Office Assistant to aid recruiters for the Honors College. Lisa quickly realized how much she loved connecting with people, as well as sharing her excitement about ASU. Lisa broadened her skillset by managing her family's petroleum business, recruiting at staffing agencies, and executing education sales and events. She excels at building relationships and connecting with people on both sides of the talent equation: employers and potential employees. Lisa is motivated by helping both her clients and her candidates find just the right fit. Lisa enjoys traveling and discovering the newest culinary hot spots throughout Seattle. She is a long-time volunteer with the Seattle Theatre Group where she has the good fortune of attending regular performing arts and musical events. She also loves spending time outdoors where she enjoys hiking, running, boating, waterskiing, and snow skiing.

Neri Aliposa

Neri has over three years of recruiting experience focusing on banking/financial and customer service roles. She was a staffing partner to a mutual fund company and recruited a high volume of candidates from customer service to licensed and unlicensed financial positions for multiple states across the US. Neri's diverse recruiting experience helps with her ability to guide candidates through the process of changing jobs. Her favorite thing about recruiting is that she gets to do something different every day, even if it's simply talking to new people. Neri loves building relationships by connecting people to new opportunities and enjoys helping people find fulfillment in their careers. Neri loves to bake and has a small business selling baked goods from her home in her spare time.
