Sieber Construction, Inc. was founded in 1949 by Robert J. Sieber as a builder and remodeler of custom homes then later expanding into commercial projects... In the 1970s, Sieber Construction began specializing in the development and building of HUD facilities for seniors, which remains our specialty today. Additionally, Sieber Construction also develops housing in accordance with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program... For over 40 years, Sieber Construction, Inc. has specialized in the development, construction and operation of multi-family housing. We have extensive knowledge of all phases of development and construction including HUD and LIHTC processes, procedures and programs, having completed 30+ projects totaling 1,600+ units. In addition, Sieber Construction works with various non-profit organizations to develop and construct affordable housing.
