David Todd is a seasoned Finance and Operations Executive with extensive experience driving strategic and operational excellence internationally across industries such as forestry, transportation equipment, and mining. David delivers expertise in financial management, business restructuring, and process optimization. His proven track record in post-acquisition integration, enterprise risk planning, and construction accounting complement his ability to mentor multicultural teams and navigate complex business environments to foster success.

Rod brings over three decades of commitment to communities and clients in Western Canada. After completing his degree at Queen's University in 1998, he has run his family's construction business, served as an elected member of the British Columbia Legislature, held numerous board and agency appointments, and acted as Chief Negotiator for several First Nations. In 2022, Rod led the deal that transacted majority Indigenous ownership of SNRgroup, as part of a vision for this company to provide natural resource planning services and emergency response to any client - Indigenous or non-Indigenous - that is keen to see Indigenous-led companies support their specific projects or initiatives on the reconciliation journey.
Tracy is well respected in the natural resource industry and amongst her peers for common sense, practical solutions that create a win for staff, clients and the organization. She has spearheaded and implemented several leadership and training programs in collaboration with our clients that increased the "Leadership DNA" and ensure that Strategic is consistently providing relevant service offerings to our clients.
