Adnan Nas is the Chairman of the Board of STFA Group. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences and Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He started his career at Ministry of Finance and worked as Chief Inspector and Vice President of the Inspection Board of the Ministry of Finance and Customs. He held senior management positions at STFA Holding between 1985-1992. He has been the Founding Partner and Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers between 1992-2011.
Adnan Nas, who is the Board Member of DEIK Canadian, Italian and BAE Business Councils, is an active member of TUSIAD and many business life related NGOs. He has previously been the President of the Association of Turkish-American Businessmen (TABA AmCham), Vice Chairman of the International Investors Association (YASED), member of the Turkey-US Business Council and President of the TUSIAD US Working Group.

Alp Taşkent is the Member of the Board of STFA Group. He was born in 1968 and graduated from Aiglon College and Boğaziçi University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. He has been serving as member of the Boards of Directors of STFA Construction Group and various STFA Group companies.

Cüneyt Divriş is the Member of the Board of STFA Group. He was graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering Faculty, with Naval Architect and Marine Engines Engineer. He joined STFA Group in 1990 and worked as Investments Specialist and Assistant Finance Coordinator until 1997 the year he went to Virginia Tech / USA to get the MBA degree. In 1999, he was appointed to SIF Is Makinalari, the dealer of JCB in Turkey, as Finance Director, and then in 2001 promoted to Managing Director in this company. He managed the company until 2017 then after promoted to Board of SIF and took the Taşkent Family Office Managing Director responsibility who is the major shareholder of the STFA Group. He is also the member of Board of various companies of STFA Group.

Gürol Çelen is Deputy General Manager of STFA Contruction Group since January 2020. He was born in 1976 and graduated from İstanbul Technical University with a MSc. degree in Civil Engineering in 1998. He started to work in STFA as a Civil Planning Engineer in 1999 at İstanbul Head Offices. He then worked in various STFA construction sites in the Sultante of Oman as Technical Engineer and Technical Manager from 2000 to 2004. Between 2005 and 2016 he worked as Technical Manager and Project Manager in BESIX in UAE. In 2016, he returned back and joined STFA Construction Group, worked in the roles of Project Coordinator and Business Development Director till Dec'2019.

Recep CIMEN is the General Manager of STFA Construction Group. He was born in Gumushane in 1962. Following his graduation from Istanbul Technical University as Mechanical Engineer in 1982, he obtained his master's degree on Energy & Machinery in 1984. After joining STFA Construction as Plant and Equipment Maintenance Chief in March 1986, he was assigned as Plant and Equipment Director - the position he carried out until April 2004. Later on, he joined our sister company SIF Otomotiv A.S as Deputy Managing Director and held office until June 2012. Afterwards, he became the Vice President of STFA Oman operations and performed this duty up until 2019.

Sezai Taşkent is Member of the Board of STFA Group. He was born in 1967 in London. He graduated from Aiglon College (Switzerland) and University College London (UCL) with a BSc degree in Economics. He holds masters degree in Executive MBA (Koç University) and attended Executive Management Program at Harvard University. He has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Boards of Directors of STFA Group and member of various STFA Group companies since 1998.
