ESTIN COMPANY - Key Persons

Cristi Thatcher started working at The Estin Company while a student at California State University, Northridge. Her on-the-job experience and grasp of the business allowed her to earn her license quickly and start helping customers.

Phil Cox was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, and graduated from Birmingham High School. He worked in retail and as a manufacturer's representative before finding his calling in cemetery property resales. He passed away in 2018.

Tim Thatcher joined the company in 2018 and represents a third generation of the family business. (He calls the boss "Grandma.") In spite of his relative youth, he understands that Estin customers require both empathy and efficiency. Tim was granted his cemetery salesperson license by the California Cemetery and Funeral Bureau.
