Congressional Term Limitations are needed. The Shouting Majority was launched as a means to regain citizen control of our government, and to maintain our constitutionally-guaranteed personal freedoms by exercising our rights as registered voters. We are a grass-roots movement, supported by the voluntary action of taxpayers in your hometown. We present facts supported by research, and we facilitate appropriate action... We are not another political action organization looking for donations to support a "noble" cause.
