TOPAZ MANAGEMENT

Topaz Fund annually offers a tax effective opportunity or investment fund, to enable green or high technology projects in the State of Hawaii. The legal names of recent year's funds are: Technology Opportunities in the Pacific from A to Z Fund, LP ("Topaz Fund I"), Technology Opportunities in the Pacific from A to Z Fund, II LP ("Topaz Fund II"), and Topaz Solar Fund. The LLCs are managed by Topaz Management, LLC, the principals of which are Steven K. Baker and Professor Robert J. Robinson. Topaz Fund was founded in 2010.
