Turf Hotels is a regional hotel management company that concentrates on managing franchised hotels within Upstate New York. Each distinct property in our portfolio is owned and operated by our group. All properties are within a thirty-mile radius of Albany, New York in order to provide the hands on leadership and support that is part of our formula for success. Founded in 1975, the original property that started it all was built and opened as the Best Western Turf Inn on Wolf Road in Albany. In 1988, this hotel became the Holiday Inn Turf and was sold in 2006. It was at this property where we learned and cultivated our hotel management and ownership philosophies...
