Daphne Carroll-Pollack joined The Law Office of John T. Anderson as Mr. Anderson's Legal Assistant in 2012. Daphne has been a wonderful addition to our staff. Daphne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from California State University Long Beach in 1991. Daphne comes to our office with a background handling California trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship, and estate planning matters. If you have recently lost a love one and are now involved with the administration of your loved-one's trust, or if you are involved with the California conservatorship or guardianship process, you will likely be working with Daphne on a regular basis. Daphne has administered hundreds of trusts in California and has helped resolve numerous complex estate planning and elder law matters. Her years of experience are an indispensable resource to clients and our office.

Mrs. Norman has been working at The Law Office of John T. Anderson since she was sixteen. She attended Western State University College of Law in California where she earned both her B.S. in Law and her Juris Doctorate degrees.
