Celia Cheng-Ying Young

Celia Young was born in Hong Kong, raised in Taiwan and has family ties in China. Having been educated and had business careers on both sides of the Pacific Rim, she possesses an excellent and unique ability to straddle the two worlds. It is between the two worlds where Ms. Young continues to do her life's work. She helps her clients discover and utilize their own marginality in making a difference in the world. Celia Young has 20 years experience in helping businesses succeed by restoring integrity and interjecting spirit in their leaders and their organizations. She coaches leaders to become fully who they are so that they can lead their organizations into sustainable future around the globe. Celia Young has a MA in Counseling Psychology, Pepperdine University, Irvine, California, a MBA in Marketing, Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan and a BA in Business Administration and Marketing, Fu-Jen University, Taipei, Taiwan. She also has 12 years marketing experience for industries including banking and computer services prior to forming her own consulting practice. Celia Young is a faculty member for The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland where they train coaches and consultants to become more competent in whole system work. She is fluent in Chinese.

Dr. Barbara E. Riley - CEO

Managing Partner of Chambers Group LLC, Dr. Riley brings extensive expertise to large systems culture change, executive coaching and development, human capital planning and OD/Diversity interventions. Contributing over twenty-five years of consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies including Wachovia Corporation, Corning Inc., Shell Oil, Kodak, SC Johnson Wax, and numerous not-for-profit and educational organizations, Dr. Riley brings a wisdom that grounds her coaching in both personal development and the real world of business success. Barbara believes we are all given enormous gifts, that when nurtured and developed, can be placed in service to transform the world. Dr. Riley completed her doctorate at Boston University, M.S. at Smith College and received her BA in psychology from Hofstra University. She is certified in Parallel Thinking™ and The Leadership Circle 360™ Profile. Dr. Riley is a past faculty member of Boston University and a member of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science. A native New Englander, Barbara is proud to now claim Charlotte, N.C. as her home. I am grounded in the practical while seeking the endless gift of boundless spirit. Lynda B. Detterman

Lynda is an organization behavior scientist who has consulted with private and public sector organizations for over thirty years. She partners with clients to discover the culture, systems and leadership development needed to achieve their visions.

Toni Dunton-Butler

Toni is a seasoned organizational development consultant. As a Senior Consultant with Chambers Group LLC for the last 25 years she has partnered with leaders to make conscious, creative and practical choices. Toni designs and delivers leader development aimed at creating more diverse, inclusive, highly productive and transformed organizations. Some highlights of Toni's work include co-presenting WomenBridgeRace: The Connection Between Racial Legacies, Intimacy and the Use of Power for the Center for Gender Studies at Simmons College in Boston. In 2007 she created the retreat, Releasing Our Voice, an experience for women in leadership. She later designed and facilitated the workshop Every Woman Has a Voice for Hennah.dk - women of color who work for a more inclusive Danish Society at the Verdens Kultur Center, Copenhagen Denmark. Toni has an M.Ed. in Counseling and a PhDc in Intercultural Communication from the University of Buffalo. She holds certifications in The Leadership Circle Profile, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Percept Orientation and Self Differentiation: Training Theory and Practice. She is a member of NTL Institute. Working in the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe, Toni's clients have included Fortune 100 companies, hospital systems, state and federal offices, non-profit organizations and private coaching clients.
