Bobbi Branton

Bobbi joined Appalachian Audiology in 2010. As the Office Manager, Bobbi is always busy: scheduling and confirming appointments, filling hearing aid orders, locating parts, processing payments and resolving billing issues with insurance companies and our billing office. Bobbi's main focus is meeting the needs of each patient with compassion and professionalism. Bobbi is originally from California but has lived all over the United States during her husband's 24-year Naval career. Now that 'they' have retired, both are proud to call East Tennessee home, along with their two children.

Deanne Reiss Lucas

Deanne Reiss Lucas is a Speech and Language Pathologist specializing in the treatment of pediatric communication disorders for children ages birth through eighteen. She received an Honors Bachelors Degree in Speech & Hearing Science and a Masters Degree in Speech & Language Pathology from the University of Iowa. Mrs. Lucas resides in Knoxville with her husband, Dr. Jay Lucas, and two children. She has more than 20 years of Speech and Language Pathology experience.

Janice R. Dungan

Dr. Dungan served on the Board of Directors of the American Tinnitus Association. She was the guest editor for the August 2014 edition of ATA's publication Tinnitus Today. Dr. Dungan is the widow of Attorney Charles Dungan. They have a blended family with four daughters: Susan Eby, Carrie Mills, Stephanie Ebuna and Elizabeth Crosby. These four women have graced the family with four multi-talented and hilarious grandchildren and extraordinary sons-in-law of various talents, each essential to the greater good of the world and the family.
