Founded in 1997, Kenamore & Klinkow has advised corporations, educational institutions, and not-for-profit organizations in the professional management of archival collections. Originally in partnership with Margaret G. Klinkow, Jane Kenamore is currently the principle and owner of the company. A Fellow of the Society of American Archivists, Kenamore began her archives career at the Rosenberg Library in Galveston, Texas. After relocating to Chicago in 1988, Kenamore was the Archivist of the Art Institute of Chicago, then Director of Education of the Society of American Archivists, then Archivist of the American Medical Association. Since 1997, she has been involved full-time with Kenamore & Klinkow. From 1998-2002, Kenamore and Klinkow taught Advanced Archives Management at Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois.
