Raghu has facilitated a wide range of safety studies including HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, LOPA and QRA, and conducted PSM audits. Raghu is a certified functional safety expert (CFSE), and a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, and Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ).
Joel's understanding of the process industries, and his pragmatic approach, has been developed over a career spanning 24 years in both consulting, major hazard facility operations, and engineering design.
Joel is a trained safety systems auditor and can assist with enterprise-wide risk management, having implemented an enterprise-wide risk management framework within a division of a global resource company. Joel has facilitated a number of HAZOP and LOPA studies, and conducted process safety audits.
John Paul Maiorana has over 13 years of solid industrial, safety and risk management experience operating within the Australasian, Asian and US regions.
He has extensive experience in Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas, Minerals Processing, Petrochemical/Chemicals Processing and Rail industries. John Paul is a certified functional safety expert (CFSE), and a trained HAZOP leader.
Philip's expertise in risk assessment, process safety management and land use safety planning was gained from a career spanning over twenty years, including projects in Australasia, Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa.
He specializes in LNG risk, control of major hazards in hazardous materials production and storage facilities, ammonium nitrate production, storage and shipping, and process safety auditing. Philip is also a trained HAZOP leader, and has also facilitated LOPA studies.
