Blue Axis Technologies was originally formed in April of 2004 under the name Blue Axis, Inc., as an IRS defined S-corporation. At the time, Blue Axis Inc. was primarily involved in developing solutions for a new IP Telephony technology developed by MyACD Inc. MyACD Inc. was later sold to InContact, Inc. (UCN), and Blue Axis Inc. took its experience working with MyACD and moved into the software application development market... After completing the first phase of an automated Loan Origination system, Blue Axis Inc. merged its software and operations into a new entity, Springwater Capital, LLC, a residential mortgage bank. Blue Axis then reorganized and rebranded and now operates as Blue Axis Technologies, a DBA of Eidos, LLC...
