BVACC

The members of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) are composed of not less than five persons appointed by the Board of Directors of the Bella Vista Architectural Control Committee, Inc. (a non-profit corporation hereinafter called BVACC, Inc.). The members of the Architectural Control Committee serve terms of office as provided in the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws of BVACC, Inc.
