CANINE CABIN

Canine Cabin was started by Kevin and Rachel Lucas at their private home in 2008. They both share a passion for dogs and their care. Rachel has been working with dogs for 19+ years and has worked in a variety of professional settings including, veterinary technician, doggie daycare manager, obedience instructor, groomer, and professional dog handler. Rachel graduated from Hamline University with a B.A. in Biology. All of her extensive training and experience in the Veterinary field has allowed Rachel to provide specialized care for elderly or dogs with special needs. Our goal at the Canine Cabin is provide the same care we would want for our pets and to treat our guests pets as if they were our own. We live on site and can provide round the clock care and attention. We are owned by a plethora of Shetland Sheepdogs and an Alaskan Malamute.
