A highly skilled and qualified Fitter Welder, Daniel (Dan) has over 20 years experience in the power generation, pulp & paper, chemical, meat processing and dairy industries. Daniel also has extensive experience in mechanical overhauls and plant installations. This wide-ranging experience has given Dan a very large knowledge base to work with.
Our Managing Director Dennis Gore is an assessor and moderator for Competenz the NZ industry-training organisation. We are passionate about the development of quality tradesmen and robust qualifications.

Narayan first completed a Bachelor of Management Studies before joining CMS to undertake an Apprenticeship then continuing to complete his Advanced Trade in Mechanical Engineering. This combination of skills and experience in the industry is apparent in the way Narayan's manages his projects with logistics, systems, and practical application.
Narayan is involved from the start of the larger projects with pricing the projects, thereby having the complete picture of how to deliver the projects.

Rachel is responsible for all things financial, administrative and IT. Rachel has a strong administrative and finanical background across a number of industries including construction. She is well organised, great time management and can sort out any query you may have.
Tony is a highly skilled mechanical fitter (NZCE Mechanical, NZCE Power and Plant) who has worked extensively in the aircraft maintenance industry.
Since working for Contract Mechanical Services, Tony has been involved in turbine installation & overhaul, chemical plant fabrication and installation and various other projects as detailed below.
Tony leads his projects from the front and harnesses his abilities to get the best results for all his customers. Tony is a very effective communicator, keeping our customers well informed as the project progresses, and his confidence and skill in solving problems gives customers confidence in our work.
