DR. ZEND

My name is Alan Zend, and I've been in Family Practice since 1976. I grew up in New York City where I graduated from the City College of New York with a Bachelor of Science in 1971. I went to medical school at Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Iowa, and I did my internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. (What is an Osteopath) For many years I was a member of the American Medical Association (until their politics changed). I am currently a member of the Snohomish County Medical Society, and the Washington State Osteopathic Medical Association. I had been on active staff at Stevens Memorial Hospital, in Edmonds, Washington for many years. While there I served on the Family Practice Committee, and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee for quite a few years.
