EASS Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the Company Act 1965 on 22 September 2006 as a private limited company under the name of Excellent Affair Sdn Bhd. EASS commenced operations in March 2007. Its name was subsequently changed to EASS on 13 January 2010. EASS is principally involved in the provision of e-business consultancy and system integration.
