Alan Dopf

Alan Dopf has been an Idaho licensed insurance agent since September of 1988 providing life insurance, health insurance, Medicare supplements and annuities to clients from Boise northward as far as the Idaho panhandle. Although he has been continually licensed and taking care of clients since 1988 he continued to work in the summer months through 1994 in Idaho, Oregon and Washington as a commercial pilot (crop duster). After a move to Meridian in 2000 he worked as a charter pilot out of Boise flying primarily rafters, hunters and supplies into the Idaho back country. During fire seasons he also flew supplies and personnel for the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise to locations all over the western states. In 2009 Alan chose to re-enter the insurance industry full time serving primarily the senior market in Idaho and Oregon with Medicare supplements, retirement annuities, life and health insurance. He joined Health Insurance Associates in 1995 and is excited to be full time again with an agency with such a great history here in Idaho. Alan and his wife, Susan will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary this October. They have three children and seven grandchildren, all living here in the Treasure Valley.

Cheryl Beeson

Cheryl is a benefits consulting specialist with an extensive background in, research, customer service and management. She started her insurance career a mere two years ago, however in that time she has received recognition and high praise from carriers, her peers and clients. Cheryl is proud of having been recognized by AFLAC with upper level status (with over $100,000 per year in premiums) and was named "Rookie of the Quarter." Cheryl enters every task with energy and enthusiasm. She is a pleasure to do business with and is a natural leader dedicated to serving her clients needs. Her tenacity to research the best choice for the market is undeniable and serves her well in her role as a benefits advisor. Cheryl has been able to grow her practice by finding things other brokers miss, in several instances she has been able to save her clients thousands of dollars by as she puts it "simply doing her job." Cheryl's history also includes a variety of positions over the years which shows her determination to reach goals and seeing every task to completion. She began her professional career as senior reporter for a local newspaper and followed with Editor of a statewide magazine, marketing director of a MLM corporation and A.I.R.E. director.

Christine Aros

Born and raised in upstate New York, Christine has traveled all over the US and moved to Idaho in 2011. She has over twenty-nine years of experience in operating medical groups, and consulting in revenue management. She has a PhD in naturopathy, and is also a Master Herbalist. Her extensive experience in managing companies offers valuable strategies in saving money for small employer groups, keeping them solvent and insured. She is committed, and loves helping clients navigate through the confusing health care process to find the perfect coverage for themselves, families, or employees. Her combined work experience makes her proficient in medical and senior health insurances, as well the Idaho Health Insurance exchange. An animal lover, she lives in Star with husband Gene, son Brent, two dogs, and Himalayan cats. When she's not busy, she loves to go bike riding, rock hunting, or visit with local farmers and get tips on growing organic food. Christine is taking Spanish lessons so that she can better assist the Latino community.

Ernest Johnson

Ernest joined HIA with a strong business management background, having served as Operations Supervisor for a world-wide shipper, Marketing Account Executive for an HMO, and as a Health and Life Insurance Agent doing business in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. His professional knowledge and expertise developed in the health insurance industry, and specifically employee benefits, has allowed him to work with large employer groups as Wal-Mart, Oregon State Public Employee Benefits Board, and others in the Pacific Northwest. Ernest understands his clients' questions and can provide simplified solutions to the challenges of current health insurance needs. His highest objective is to build trust and rapport with his clients, and to provide them with sound advice for cost effective health insurance benefits.

Lisa Stevenson

Lisa joined the HIA team four years ago. Lisa holds an associates degree in Health Care Administration. She has vast administrative experience but is most proud of being a mom to five wonderful children. One of whom has extensive health issues, because of this she has had the opportunity to see health care from both aspects and enjoys helping others with concerns or issues regarding health insurance. She is resourceful and always very willing to help. She leaves no task undone. She has an eye for detail and is not only our group administrator but also our in house compliance officer. Lisa is passionate about helping people, giving service, and volunteering with children.

Pat Howell-Prescott

Pat joined HIA five years ago and has never looked back. She has embraced and enjoyed every aspect and challenge that being a health insurance professional has to offer. Pat specializes helping groups of all sizes meet their insurance needs. She specializes in working with ancillary products such as; dental, vision, life, disability, worksite products and final expense Insurance. Pat is a solutions specialist and problem solver. She is a dynamic speaker who loves speaking in front of groups and at seminars and employee benefits. Pat handles all of the marketing and social media aspects for HIA. Prior to joining HIA had a varied successful career with management and marketing. These experiences gave her the knowledge that make her our firms choice in presenting benefits to employees. Pat is a native of Idaho with strong family ties to Washington, Utah and California.

Tiffany Sollars

Tiffany Sollars has been with HIA since early 2013 and has made this office her "baby". She started as a receptionist, worked up to being the Office Manager (within a few short months of her hire date) and took the leap to joining the HIA agent team in May of 2021. Her expertise will be in Medicare clients, selling Medicare plans. She cares about the company and her clients deeply and her goal is to treat every client as if they are family. She has over 38 years in the customer service field and gets great joy from knowing she helped her clients and potentially changing their financial life and health needs. She was a financial advisor for MetLife, owned a property management company and worked in the title and escrow industry, being a "founder" of TitleOne Corporation. She thoroughly enjoys what becoming an agent has done for her, challenging her, and causing her to always seek out what new plan options and what better pricing is available to her Medicare clients.
