Becky Lee started working at Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC in December of 2018. Becky has 27-years of Accounting experience. Becky handles all of our AIA Billings and Contract Documents, along with Account Receivables, Collections and various other duties.
Brandon Fromm has been with Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal for 23-year. Starting his career in 1998 as a laborer, he was quickly promoted to foreman for his attention to detail and quality. In 2014 Brandon was promoted to Project Manager where he implemented those traits on a larger factor. Brandon excels at bringing projects in on time and under budget with constant communication with the client and problem solving skills. Brandon has excellent communication skills and is involved in every aspect of the project from start to finish including submittals, AutoCAD, and scheduling of crews and materials deliveries. Brandon's projects include both new roofs and re-roofs of schools, retail, correctional facilities and factories.
Chris Schuldt started roofing in 1999. After 6 years in the field in Northeast Indiana he was promoted to an Project Manager/ Estimator. After staying with that company until 2017 he then relocated to the Northwest of Indiana/ Chicagoland area. There he continued his estimating and project management by servicing clients including, but not limited to Power Plants, Nuclear Facilities, Automotive Manufacturing and State sponsored projects around the United States. Chris then decided to bring his expertise to Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC in February of 2020. While the times ahead were changeling we are grateful for the knowledge and expertise Chris provides to our team.

Chuck Bibles has worked in Commercial Roofing and Sheet Metal industry since 1984. Chuck has worked in nearly every aspect of the commercial business including installations, warranty service, and inspections. Chuck has exclusively worked in the sheet metal aspect since 2001. In 2011 Chuck started at Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC as the Sheet Metal Superintendent and has managed all sheet metal installation, design, and fabrication.
Doug Ruse has over 38-years in the roofing Industry with 14 of those years spent at Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC. He spent 16-years as a roofing foreman and another 22-years as an estimator and Project Manager. Doug has served as estimator and Project Manager on large Federal prison projects, the M & M Mars Candy Plant in Hackettstown , New Jersey, large College University projects, and large Public School projects as well as smaller specialty projects. Doug has experience in estimating, budgeting, design-build, large complex projects as well as smaller private projects. Doug has been part of our Senior Management team since coming to Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC in 2007.
Frank Reese started at Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC in September of 2008. Frank started as a Roofing Helper and after three months moved over to out Sheet Metal Department as a helper. In 2011 Frank moved into our Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop and in 2012 became the Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop Foreman. In 2018 Frank became our Warehouse Manager getting equipment ready to go out to job sites and servicing the equipment as it comes back to the warehouse so that it is in working order when needed on the next job. Frank also is in charge of our fleet of vehicles make sure that they are serviced and keep records on the service.
Joe Guidone started work at Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC in July of 2004. Joe has over 35-years of experience in the Roofing Industry. Joe has been our Roofing Superintendent from that date managing our Roofing Crews on all of our contract project. His duties include scheduling the deliveries of materials and equipment to the jobsites at the start of the projects, and clean up of the projects upon completion.
Linda graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has over 34-years of experience in the construction industry in both commercial and residential construction. Linda has been a part of the Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC team for 7-years and manages all financial and accounting functions of our company.

Lisa Doyle started working at Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC in November of 2016. Lisa has a B.A. in Accounting from Franklin College. She has worked in the construction industry for 20-years. Lisa takes care of processing weekly payroll and accounts payable, also managing employee benefits including 401K and insurance, Performing cash reconciliation, recording journal entries and cash receipts.

Mike Walker started working in the construction trades in 1979 working summers for a local contractor. In 1985 after leaving Ball State University started working year-round in the construction trades doing all types of construction. Mike became an Estimator and Project Manager in 1991 and in 1998 started working for a local Commercial Roofing Contractor estimating and managing projects of all sizes. Mike came to Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC in 2003 as an Estimator and Project Manager selling projects and managing them from start to finish. He set up our Safety Program and is our Director of Safety to this day. Mike is our Director of Service and Maintenance and manages our Service team. Mike has been part of our Senior Management team since coming to Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co, LLC in 2003.
Nico Walker started his roofing career in 2008 as a field tech for the Maintenance department at Horning Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC. Three years later Nico was promoted to a Maintenance Foreman where he gained great field experience in all aspects of commercial roofing including leak investigation, small repairs, and full-blown production. In mid -2015 Nico received another promotion to Project Manager where he headed up production projects including high profile projects such as the Indiana Pacers Practice Facility, Rolls Royce, Old Forester Distillery in Louisville Kentucky, and multiple campus buildings at Purdue University, Ball State University, and IUPUI. In mid-2018 Nico's experience and expertise were needed in a different capacity that brought him back to the Maintenance Department where he is working as a Project Manager, Private Sales, and Superintendent.
Rodney Bentley has over 23-years experience in the roofing Industry. Rodney's expertise includes roofing Project Manager, AutoCAD, and Estimating Projects. Rodney received a BS in AutoCAD Design from ITT Technical Institute.
Ron Phelps has over Thirty-Eight years of experience in the Construction Industry, including Sheet Metal trade school, Ivy Tech drafting and HVAC School. Two years at IUPUI, and past president of the IRCA. Ron worked for 16-years in the field installing, measuring, and designing metal works projects. He then moved into the office as a Project Manager and worked on projects like Conseco FieldHouse, the Indianapolis Zoo, Eiteljorg Museum, Clarion Lab, and Herron Art. The last 18-years as Vice President & President of two large Roofing & Sheet Metal Companies. Ron is experienced in team budgeting of large design building projects, estimation of plan driven projects ranging from $1,000 - to - $5,000,000. Experience in total shell covering water infiltration issues of buildings.
