Mr. Iandiorio, the founding partner, has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1965, first with Fish Richardson & Neave of New York and Boston, then in his own firm beginning in 1967. Before that Mr. Iandiorio was employed as a Patent Examiner in the Computer Division of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree. He is a member of the bar of the District of Columbia and Massachusetts and is admitted to the Court of Appeals of the First Circuit, the Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit, the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia, and the Federal District Court of the District of Massachusetts and the Federal District Court of the District of Columbia. He is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
