Jay Bernhardt, founder, owner, and CEO of JGB Enterprises, Inc., began investing in and developing real estate over thirty years ago. His first forays into real estate investment and development were in Liverpool, NY, home of JGB Enterprises, and Richfield Springs, NY, his hometown.
As his real estate portfolio and development experience continued to grow, he established JGB Properties in 1999. Since that time, the firm's portfolio of assets has expanded enormously. We anticipate continued expansion in the years ahead.
