Abby Stryker

As an Assistant Account Executive, Abby supports clients through social media, media relations, and strategic communications. Abby is passionate about sharing her clients' stories and positioning them as thought leaders. Abby began her career in social media management and marketing. Soon, she decided she wanted to merge her love for media and writing and decided to pursue public relations. Abby began her journey at Maven as an intern, where she strengthened her skillset in digital storytelling and measurement-focused campaigns. Abby holds a Master of Arts in Strategic and Digital Communications from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Mass Communications from The College of New Jersey.

Amanda Piccirilli-Hall

As a nearly 15-year communications veteran, Amanda has worked across a spectrum of communication roles and interacted with a variety of organizations and clients including everything from nonprofits to tourism boards to local universities. In her bag of communications tricks, she enjoys moving at a fast pace and wearing multiple hats that rotate throughout the day. Through her experience as an Account Supervisor, Amanda excels in client and staff management, strategic communications planning, digital marketing, crisis management, media relations, digital strategy, social media management, event planning and new business development. Outside of the office Amanda takes pride in giving back to her local community. She serves as the senior vice president of marketing, as well as the southeast Pennsylvania ambassador, for Ainsley's Angels of America. Her efforts with Ainsley's Angels have been recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as their 2019 Be Well Philly Health Hero Challenge Winner, as well as the 2019 United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey Superhero Award, one of only 10 individuals honored for making a positive impact in Montgomery and Delaware Counties, and 2018 PR News PR People Awards ‘Volunteer of the Year.'

Carly Bianco

As an Account Executive at Maven Communications, Carly works with clients in the banking, construction, and professional services industries to develop and implement strategic communications and media relations campaigns that drive results. Prior to joining Maven, Carly worked in business development and public relations for events groups, agencies, and her favorite Philly sports team, the Philadelphia 76ers. She has also spent time abroad in France, teaching English to elementary school students and tutoring adult learners. Her diverse career history has granted her the opportunity to approach projects from a uniquely creative perspective. Carly received her Bachelor of Arts from Temple University where her studies focused on French Language and Literature and Public Relations.

Emily Kanter

As an Associate Vice President at Maven Communications, Emily works directly with clients to implement public relations and communications campaigns that meet specific business objectives. She brings ten years of client management and integrated communications experience across a variety of industries including nonprofit, architecture, real estate, technology and business-to-business. Emily also brings her longstanding relationships with the press, where she has secured top-tier placements in local as well as national print, online, broadcast, and trade media outlets. Prior to joining Maven Communications, Emily worked as a freelance marketing and public relations strategist, developing and implementing media relations strategies for a variety of clients. She currently serves as a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region, and POWER Professional Women. Emily received her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

Throughout her career, Emily has specialized in media relations for B-to-B and B-to-C clients, executive and thought leadership positioning, content development, organic social media strategy and management, and event planning. She has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including non-profit, arts and culture, real estate, financial services, and disaster relief. Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Business from Temple University.

Jessica Sharp - Founder

Jessica is skilled in developing and implementing strategic communications programs for corporations, products, and individuals and has a knack for identifying and targeting new customer opportunities for established businesses. She has been integral in implementing strategies that have launched new products and services, distinguished brands in highly commoditized markets, managed brands through high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, and navigated potentially devastating crisis events for brands and individuals. Jessica serves on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and previously on the Advisory Board for the Gift of Life Family House, the Governing Board of Bala House Montessori School, and is a former President of the Legal Marketing Association, Metro Philadelphia Chapter. Joey was a jack of all trades during this time, focusing on thought leadership, social media management, media outreach, graphic design, website assistance, and podcast development. Joey received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Pennsylvania State University.

Rebecca Devine - Founder

For the past 10 years, Veronica has been an integral part of Maven's success due to her ability to successfully implement program launches, increase brand reputation, and mitigate potentially devastating crisis situations. Veronica has worked in communications in the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley area for more than 15 years. Her primary focus has been on business-to-business and business-to-consumer media relations, social media, executive positioning, brand messaging, and content development for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies and nonprofits in healthcare/public health, financial services, food services, manufacturing, environmental sciences, and arts and culture. She is also experienced in internal and external union negotiation communications.
