MP JOHNSON - Key Persons
Jarrett has been part of the MP Johnson team for over 16 years. He began his career as a carpenter before taking on his current role as a superintendent. In that time, he has worked on many memorable projects, including the 5th Street Towers lobby remodel and the Loews Minneapolis Hotel renovation. When it comes to his projects, Jarrett's goal is to always put the client first, keep in constant communication, and produce a finished product that everyone can be proud of. When not at work, Jarrett enjoys spending time on the lake, in the woods, and with his family.
Jim began his construction career in 1998 and is now a LEED-Accredited Project Manager at MP Johnson. He is responsible for providing clear communication, setting realistic budgets, and delivering on tight timelines. Jim excels when working as part of a team, and is comfortable wearing many hats when called upon. While every project has its unique challenges, he knows how to navigate around those pesky potholes and take his projects from concept to completion-much to the delight of his clients. Beyond work, Jim can often be found out in nature, enjoying all the different seasons Minnesota has to offer.
Kyle has been working as a Job Superintendent at MP Johnson since 2016. In that time, he's led many challenging projects, from building state-of-the-art railroad operation towers to transforming deteriorating historical buildings into modern downtown apartments-while maintaining their historical statuses. Kyle has a passion for quality work and craftsmanship, and knows how to build trusting relationships with his clients. Because by doing so, he knows he can turn even the most challenging project into an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Outgoing and aggressively motivated, Mike takes on all challenges. His take-charge personality is backed by over 3 decades of project experience, encompassing all areas of construction and project management. With building and business degrees from St. Cloud State, combined with his genuine love for the construction industry, Mike is a true builder in every sense of the word.
With over 30 years of experience, Seth is proficient at overseeing multiple projects with ease. He excels at building relationships with subcontractors, clients, and landlords. Seth brings the site leadership necessary to communicate client expectations and minimize any disruptions in the project. His approachable demeanor and responsiveness result in projects going smoothly and on time-from start to finish.
Construction is in Zac's blood. Some kids wanted to be firefighters, others doctors-but Zac has always dreamed of being a General Contractor. He grew up in the construction industry, began working at MP Johnson at the age of 15, and continued to work there all through college. Zac is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and loves construction and design. His 20 years of experience provides him with a deep understanding of all types of construction projects and what they need to succeed. In his free time, Zac enjoys spending time in the woods or out on the lake with his family.
