Andrew has 19 years' experience in credit risk managing inhouse risk teams for a number of UK Banks. He has also spent time as a consultant for Equifax working for a number of their European customers. Andrew joined Secure Trust bank in July 2015 as head of credit risk for motor and retail.
Julian Hartley occupies the position of Managing Director at V12 Vehicle Finance. He was previously the Commercial Director at Tesco Bank and has held multiple positions in the financial services sector, with a successful background in leadership and management.

Richard has over 20 years motor finance experience and is responsible for the operational support functions within our vehicle finance business including Underwriting, Payout, Fraud, Customer Services, Complaints and Quality Assurance.
Ryan joined Secure Trust's Bank's vehicle finance division in October 2022 with the responsibility to grow our market share through leadership of our Sales and Marketing functions. Ryan's experience is gained from PLC businesses within Financial Services where he has demonstrated a record of delivery through product development and strong partnerships. Ryan has previously worked at DFS Furniture Group PLC and Close Brothers Group PLC.
Tim has 20 years' experience in the finance and risk sectors, having spent over 18 years with GE Capital, during which time he held a variety of roles culminating in the position of risk operations leader. Tim joined Secure Trust Bank in January 2018.
