James Turner has ten years in the mortgage industry and has recently been promoted to Branch Manager. James trains new employees in the LOS system and originates loans in residential real estate. He has developed business relationships with real estate professionals, builders, developers, financial planners, and buyers. James is a decorated United States Veteran and is MNI's liaison with the Disabled American Veterans [DAV] of Monmouth County. James is an expert in VA loans and providing Veterans with a better financial understanding in regards to home ownership.
James Turner is engaged to be married this year. He has two adult children and four grandchildren. He is a minister and a devoted member of his Church. He loves playing tennis, riding his motorcycle, binge-watching crime TV series, and relaxing in his backyard hammock reading or simply daydreaming.

James Marchese is the President & CEO of the MNI Group. James has led MNI for over 20 years and has impressively lent over $10 Billion in Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS). He received a master's degree from Columbia University and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Seton Hall Law School. Was an integral part of his role in the Department of Justice's (DOJ) $16.65 Billion fraud case against Bank of America. James is an expert underwriter, experienced in complex financial lending strategies such as dynasty trusts, family law, and traditional residential lending. James works one-on-one with investors to create a real estate portfolio, construction loans, and fix and flips.
He has appeared on Money Beat, Fox Business, Good Morning America, and Watch What Happens Live. He was featured in Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, INquisitor, Daily UK, People.com, and Newsweek.
James lives with his wife, Amber, of 17 years, and together have two busy teenagers, Corbin and Isabella. He enjoys working out with his wife, traveling with his family, golfing with his son, and watching his daughter excel in the equestrian industry.

Jon Brunone has worked in the real estate and mortgage industry for over ten years, including sales development and recruiting since 2014. Serving and understanding the needs of both real estate and mortgage sides of the industry, Jon has been able to specialize in high volume and strategic sourcing from entry-level to executive/senior level, growing the MNI to its fullest potential.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Philadelphia University and real estate licenses in New Jersey and New York. John also has partnered with realtors, investors and builders, while leveraging our referral network program, which has brought over $5 millions in closings to date.
Jon is a New Jersey native and now lives in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, with his wife of eight years. Jon loves to golf, visits Florida in the winter, loves baseball (a huge Yankees fan), watches soccer, and watches Formula 1.

Laura Mann is the Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of The MNI Group. Laura has been with The MNI Group and acting Senior Vice-President since the company's inception in 1998, when MNI was located in Ohio. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2008.
Laura files state and Federal reports, thereby ensuring MNI adheres to compliance regulations. She also supervises the secondary marketing department, including understanding all bank/correspondent relationships and product/scenario requirements on all loans. And finally, supervisors of the insuring department, including all to be delivered to the Department of HUD and the Department of VA and the Warehouse lines, ensure that all land is placed on the warehouse lines when required and that the loans are funded off lines within seven days.
Laura Mannis a Michigan native. She lives with her husband of 25 years, and together have three children. Laura's interests include her beautiful family and her dogs; she also loves to be outside in nature, from gardening to birding and hiking.
MaryLou Fox is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 25 years of experience in residential mortgage operations, working as the Senior DE Underwriter and VA auto underwriter since 2013. Before Mortgage Now, MaryLou was an underwriter for Country Wide Mortgage, Bank of America, Cardinal Financial, and NJ Lenders Corp.

Ryan Carboy is the Director of Finance and accounts at The MNI Group, and we are lucky to have him. As Director of Finance and Accounting, Ryan is responsible for the company's day-to-day accounting, yearly financial audits as required by HUD and manages and oversees the loan funding process. He also works with senior leadership on strategic planning and developing the company's future mergers and acquisitions.
Ryan began working with The MNI Group in January 2010 and has been a welcomed asset to the company since. As a young Richard Stockton College of New Jersey graduate with a Bachelor of Business Account in 2009, he began his accounting career with CVS Pharmacy Corporation. The MNI Group hired him as a young accounting star, and, within a year, quickly rose through the leadership ranks.
Ryan is a local and native to New Jersey. Currently living in Bayville, New Jersey, with his wife and three small children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children in sports, fishing, and crabbing along the Jersey Shore.
