Portland Rent All can trace its beginnings to 1963 when a United Rent All franchise was purchased (no relation to the current United Rentals) on leased property at SE 90th & Stark. It continued to operate until leaving the franchise in January 1968 and was renamed Portland Rent All. At that time the business consisted mainly of tools, trailers, camping equipment, medical equipment, party & wedding supplies, and even an Ice House retailing bag and block ice...
