James has more than 11 years of experience in structural engineering. Currently with Projects & Designs Engineers. Seven years with Robert Bird Group. James's expertise includes the analysis and design of complex structures involving innovative solutions and sophisticated software. James has extensive experience in the design of medium to high-rise residential/commercial buildings, school halls and classroom buildings, industrial tilt-up buildings and commercial buildings. James has a reputation for his creative thinking and practical approach to design, offering unique solutions to our clients through his ability to model and analyse the most complex of structures.

• Principal Structural Engineer B.E. Civil - Griffith University

Jay has more than 15 years of experience as a structural engineer, with experience in a wide range of projects varying from government institutional, medical and educational facilities to a range of commercial and industrial buildings through to a vast array of residential projects. Jay has also been involved in the design of a significant number of local council projects, including amenities buildings, community buildings and lifeguard/park maintenance storage buildings. In his role, he has also gained significant experience with civil structures and building remediation works. Jay has developed a very sound balance of on-site construction knowledge with design experience in the various fields of structural engineering.

Kevin has more than five years of experience in structural and civil engineering. Currently with Projects & Designs Engineers. Kevin commenced his BE civil degree in Canada and graduated in Australia with a civil/structural major. Kevin gained a solid civil engineering understanding from his three years of valuable site management experience overseas from the wide range of construction projects. Kevin is quickly developing residential design experience at Projects & Designs Engineers, he's passionate about delivering great service to his clients and enjoys providing workable solutions to challenging projects.

Ricardo has 15 years of experience in civil and structural engineering on large projects both in Australia and internationally. Ricardo has extensive experience in a wide variety of residential, apartment buildings, hotels, commercial and industrial structures involving a range of construction techniques and materials used in the design of these structures. Ricardo also has experience as a civil design engineer with extensive knowledge in stormwater drainage, sewer main, water main, earthworks and pavement design for residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions and developments.

Stan has more than 35 years' experience in the fields of industrial, commercial, high-density residential and domestic projects in cyclonic and noncyclonic regions, including reinforced concrete incorporating plain reinforced, tilt-up and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, structural timber and steel foundations. Stan has also been involved in coordination of all site-specific foundation drawings for projects throughout Australia, the Asia-Pacific Region and the Middle East. Also, Stan has extensive experience in preparation of fabrication drawings and details for machine parts, drive tools, etc.

Stefi has extensive knowledge preparing, examining, analysing, negotiating and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services such as equipment, materials, supplies and products. Stefi is involved in all the local council approvals and state building requirements are being met on all projects by contracts and engineers. In her role, she has also gained significant experience making all the submissions to the relevant authorities and councils. Stefi is passionate about delivering great service and working with project managers, builders, engineers and clients to ensure that the goal and time are proceeding according to the initial plan. Stefi also has extensive experience in executive administration and has worked in different countries such as Uruguay, New Zealand and Australia.
