To start this process, you'll want to throw everything that is on your bed onto the floor. This way you have a flat surface to sort through everything that is now on your floor. Place everything that is on the floor, neatly into 3 piles on top of the bed. The piles are divided into things you will keep, things you will give away and things for the garbage. The things you will give away, place in boxes and the things meant for the garbage, put them in the garbage. Sort through the things you're keeping pile and figure out what stays in the bedroom and what belongs somewhere else (i.e. a spatula, television remote, etc.
