Our mission is for every individual with a developmental disability to live a meaningful and valued life... Since 2005, we have been committed to supporting purposeful and meaningful lifestyles. We aspire to enhance the lives of the people we support. Whether alone or in partnership, TOCSC offers services that focus on promoting community connections, personal independence, meaningful employment and socially valued roles.
