Welcome to Vancouver Island South District -- we are made up of five individual Canadian Power & Sail squadrons in the Southern Vancouver Island region. Each squadron has it's own unique make-up, but common to all squadrons is boating education. Classes offered range from basic boating certification (Pleasure Craft Operator Cards, PCOC) through to advanced navigation courses.
