We extend a warm welcome to Dr. Jason J.H. Lee, who has joined the esteemed team at the Whiplashand Injury Clinic, bringing with him a wealth of expertise. As a board-certified Chiropractor, Dr. Leesuccessfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from PalmerCollege of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Lee's passion for chiropractic care was sparked when he personally experienced the transformative effects of upper cervical chiropractic treatment. This encounter ignited his interest in the upper cervical area of the spine, prompting him to focus his academic pursuits on this specialized field. Following his graduation, Dr. Lee had the privilege of connecting with Dr. Blaskovich, an esteemed professional in the field. Under Dr. Blaskovich's guidance, Dr. Lee embarked on a 3-year apprenticeship, delving deeper into the intricate biomechanics of the cervical spine and its correlation with cervical instability, particularly Atlanto-Axial Instability (AAI). During this apprenticeship, Dr. Lee acquired expertise in the Nimmo Receptor Tonus Technique and utilizing advanced imaging technique called Dynamic Motion Imaging (DMI), which are very effective treatment and diagnostic tools to use for patients who are suffering from whiplash induced symptoms. Dr. Lee's dedication to continuous learning and his commitment to providing exceptional patient care make him a valuable addition to the Whiplash and Injury Clinic. His specialized knowledge in the upper cervical area and his proficiency in advanced techniques will undoubtedly contribute to the clinic's mission of delivering comprehensive and effective chiropractic treatment. After playing football for over a decade and working with injured patients for over 20 years, Dr. Blaskovich has gained extensive first-hand experience with every possible condition, pain, and trauma associated with mild traumatic brain injury and whiplash-induced neck injuries. Dr. Blaskovich has devoted his career to helping people going through similar problems as he has gone through with his head and neck, and has focused his continued education and training on the subject of head and neck injuries for more than 20 years.
