The firm of W Evans George & Sons was founded in 1864 by William Evans George and he was joined in practise by his sons John Edward Morgan George and David Thomas George. William died in 1904 and David Thomas George died in 1927. Geoffrey Edward Evans George, the son of John Edward Morgan George, was articled to his father and qualified as a solicitor in the early 1930s.
