Kirsty joined TConsult in 2004 and was appointed CEO in 2018. In that time, she has guided the company through a phase of digital transformation, developing systems that allow the company to support more clients without compromising on the quality of regulatory opinions that are offered.
Kirsty uses her background in communications to help clients understand their obligations and develop effective systems for managing their compliance. She also coordinates work with regtech and fintech partners developing compliance software.
Kirsty is passionate about communicating in simple, accessible language that everyone can understand. She specialises in translating complex tax technical documents into a form that allows financial institutions to make more informed compliance decisions.

Rhodri is an experienced operations manager, who has worked on a variety of compliance, analysis, and management information projects in the investment banking sector for clients including Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide Building Society, The Central Bank of Ireland, Combined Insurance, BNP Paribas, RBS, AIG, Credit Suisse, Dolphin Capital, UBS and Societe General.
Rhodri has worked internationally in roles in Dubai, Geneva, and Bahrain. He is now based in Cardiff, Wales, where he works remotely to support TConsult's growing client base.
Rhodri's strongest skill is in relationship building. He relishes the challenge of building a network, cultivating relationships, and managing stakeholders effectively.

Richard is an experienced commercial software engineer, who joined TConsult in 2009 after 11 years working in the defence sector.
Richard helps us to develop online tools and proof-of-concept applications to support financial institutions with their operational compliance issues.
Richard is also responsible for managing our IT infrastructure to ensure that we keep our client's data safe.

Founder of TConsult, Ross is the Chairman of the Board and former Chief Executive. He has spent over 26 years working in the withholding tax landscape with companies developing tax reclaim software and operating outsource tax reclamation services.
Ross not only sees the big picture but is also incredibly detail oriented. He can make even the most complex issues simple to understand. He has also authored 10 books (including two second editions) on various aspects of tax, technology, and regulation in financial services, making him one of the leading authorities in the world of tax.
Ross is a member of several influential industry committees including ISO20022 Securities Evaluation Group ("SEG") sub-committees on corporate actions, fund management and proxy voting. Ross was an expert witness to the European Commission FISCO group in 2009 and was a member of the European Commission' Tax Barriers Business Advisory Group and edited its final report in 2013, Ross has also been called as an expert witness (for the plaintiff) in one of the recent high-profile tax abuse cases.

Stuart joined TConsult in 2015 and has risen to the role of senior consultant, taking the lead on complex cases for clients with Qualified Intermediary, FATCA and CRS compliance issues. Stuart co-authored G.A.T.C.A - A Practical Guide to Global Anti-Tax Evasion Frameworks and delivers regular interactive training sessions both internally and externally.
Prior to joining TConsult, Stuart worked in a variety of roles within the financial industry, including team leader, paraplanner, administration, client relations for independent financial advisor companies.
