Alain Cardon

Alain Cardon began work in 1976 with Transformation Consultants and has been a communication and management consultant with a Transactional Analysis slant. Starting in 1985, he specialized in Systems Analysis applications in team building, team development and organizational development. Since 1980, Alain Cardon has been a coach trainer at Transformation Consultants, then at Transformation Ecole (today Mozaik International), and presently within Transformance and Coach-Up institute, (Paris-based coach schools), he participates in numerous other personal coaching and team-coach training programs. That Alain Cardon was born in Algeria and raised in Egypt, gives personal depth to his extensive international and intercultural professional experience in North America, northern Africa and Asia, as well as in the expanded European Union. Alain Cardon is the author of numerous books (12+), all first published at the Editions d'Organisation (Paris). Some of his works have been translated into Italian, Spanish and Romanian. He has also written articles published in daily papers (LESECHOS) and periodicals in France, the United States, Italy and Romania. Since 1983, Alain Cardon has been speaker and keynote speaker for the European Transactional Analysis Association, the International Coach Federation (at Sitges, Spain), for the World Trade Center (Bucarest), and for numerous corporations. Alain Cardon is presently the managing director of Métasystème France.

Angelika King

Since 1986, Mrs. King has worked as a Coach, Counselor and Seminar Leader. Her corporate clients have included Allianz Versicherungen, OTTO-Versand, Mercedes Benz, and the management institutes, Die Akademie in Bad Harzburg and Bildungszentrum Tannenfelde. Her areas of specialty include Stress Management, Creative Self-Management and accelerated coaching processes. Angelika King is author of book and CD "Abenteuer Timeline- Reisen auf der mentalen Zeitlinie" and published different articles. Angelika King is a passionate coach and seminar leader. She loves to assist people in finding and reaching goals which are based on a connection of mind, heart and soul. Her broad experiences and wide variety of methods allow her to work on almost every issue and theme/subject. In a very inspiring way she teaches people to become "NLP-Practitioner", to learn tools out of the big new field called "Energetic Psychology" or to learn and use in a respectfull way the special "Timeline-Process developed by Angelika King".

Gunnar Brückner

Gunnar Brückner is a leader, coach, consultant, strategist, expert and interim manager who specializes in capacity building, organizational learning and staff development in a global, multicultural context. He assists companies to boost their learning culture, to optimize their learning processes and to support teams and individuals to bring out their best by selecting and facilitating appropriate interventions for the individual, group, and organization. Gunnar Brückner is the former Chief Learning Officer of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where he successfully fostered the development of more than 5000 staff in over 135 countries. As a Line Manager he has selected and contracted corporate coaches, he has been coached, and of course he has coached others for many years. Over time, he has become a combination of Learning Strategist at the organizational level and hands-on Learning Coach or Trainer at group and individual levels. Gunnar Brückner's approach is shaped by more than 14 years practical experience in a multi-cultural and global context. His vita includes extended assignments in the Americas and Africa, in countries as diverse as Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, USA, Angola and a few others.

Heide-Marie Klein

Ms. Klein has worked as manager for Marketing & Strategic Planning with Siemens Nixdorf in the Public Sector Division (Munich). In this position, she was responsible for the design and introduction of a customer relations management tool for clients (CRM). In addition, she advised and coached the division head on speeches and presentations for national and international client events and became the division's consultant for International Financial Institutions (IFI). Heide-Marie Klein's first-hand experience of the challenges facing an executive assigned to work in another country gives her unique insight to support an effective and smooth transition through coaching. Since returning to her home country, Germany, Ms. Klein has been inspired to create a system of coaching to help others navigate transitions so that they can fully realize their potential as executives. Enhancing leadership qualities with young professionals and top-leaders in the global workforce was and is one of her dearest endeavors. Her staff, located in Brussels, Manila, Munich and Washington, DC, including interns from all over the world, were the ones who spurred her passion for enhanced leadership development.

Walter Bock

Walter Bock is an entrepreneur, process-oriented consultant, coach, facilitator and trainer for organizations and leaders. Since 1988, he has supported and advised companies and managers in Germany, Europe and overseas. He also serves as coach to a number of business executives and managers. Leadership is one of Walter Bock's main areas of specialty.
