The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of The United States of America Lodge 272 is our sponsor. The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) is a federally sponsored nationwide youth association... The 181st Battalion currently consists of a unit of the Naval Sea Cadet Corps, (NSCC) The NSCC is for young people between the ages of 13 through 17. We also have a NAVY LEAGUE CADET CORPS Platoon for young people age 10 1/2 to 13... The 181st Seabee Battalion meets at the Elks Lodge and Massachusetts National Guard Armory, Pittsfield MA. Our unit's Officers and Instructor staff is made up of Veterans and professional people in medicine, public safety and business. We currently have openings for the Officer Corps also.
