Sharon is a certified Professional Executive & Business Coach from the industry leading School of Coaching¹. She is trained and operates at Senior Practitioner level and is a member of EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and ILM (Institute of Leadership Management). Her skills have been developed through formal training and practical experience. Providing one to one coaching at management or senior leader level, coaching for emerging leaders , coaching for business owners or team coaching and development, Sharon works independently and works with a network of associate coaches should an assignment require a wider, more diverse team. Experience Sharon has a strong commercial background with over 25years experience operating at senior management levels within the corporate world and in particular Financial Services. Her roles included leading and managing teams, developing and executing performance and business improvement strategies/solutions including change programmes, customer propositions and complaints, managing strategic partnerships (Relationship Management), coaching and development. On a personal level she has a deep interest in health related fitness and exercise. She qualified as a fitness instructor some years ago and has experience of running successful exercise and dance classes in addition to her corporate career. This particular interest has also led her to develop a unique approach to coaching professionals in the health and fitness industry. Sharon provides coaching in a non-judgemental context offering stretch, challenge and support with the positive belief that the client has the answers and the potential to succeed. She aims to stimulate new ways of thinking through pertinent and powerful questions. She recognises individuality and looks for the most suitable approach to enable that individual to meet their coaching objectives. She strives to coach for transformation, wholeheartedly believing that the potential for change and growth is inherent in everyone.
