Keeping ever in mind the charge of the Great Commission, AIM provides a variety of services and ministries to build up its member congregations... Voluntary gifts from both local churches and private individuals made to the AIM Church Health and Multiplication Fund help underwrite the costs of assessing, training, and coaching our church planters... Valuing church health and believing that a church's health is more important than its size, we assist our member churches in their pursuit of becoming healthier congregations. All churches every five to seven years need to re-evaluate their mission and vision. That being so, we work with member churches to assess a member church's health and devise a strategy to improve its health, bringing both experience from working with churches and a fresh "outside" perspective.
