Dr. Ahmed Jedidi received PhD degree in System of Computer Engineering in 2012 at the National School of Engineering Sfax University Tunisia. Also, he is a member in the laboratory "Computer & Embedded Systems" University of Sfax, Tunisia. The line of research focuses on the detection, localization and estimation of crosstalk in all-optical networks (AONs), the embedded system performance, optical network communication and Wireless sensor network. Besides, he has a number of research papers published in international journals and conferences. He has more than 10 years' experience in teaching in various universities in Tunisia and Saudi Arabia. Particular, he teaching Computer and network courses.

Dr. Alaaeddine Ramadan is an associate professor in the Computer Engineering Department at Ahlia University. He received his Ph.D. in computer and communication engineering in 2010 from the University of Limoges, France. In addition to his academic degrees, he is a Cisco CCNA certified trainer. He has published many research papers in well-recognized journals and conferences in the field of active device modeling and RF power amplifier design. He is an active member of IEEE and a reviewer for IEEE transactions. His research interests include various aspects of digital and analog integrated circuit design and design methodologies.

Dr. Litty Mathew Shibu holds a PhD in Business Management from Brunel University, London, UK (2019). She attained a Master Degree in Healthcare Management (2010) and a Bachelor Degree (2000) in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, India. Having a multidisciplinary background has tremendously supported her to gain a better understanding of the learning styles and preferences of a diverse student community. She has been successful in creating a student-centered learning environment that promotes inclusion, diversity, and fair academic practices, and effectively implemented student centered innovative teaching methods including Flipped classroom and Peer teaching.
She is currently teaching Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and other Management related courses in the College of Business and Finance since 2019. Before joining the Business college Dr. Litty was teaching various courses for an undergraduate degree program in Physiotherapy as a Lecturer in the College of Medical and Health Sciences in Ahlia University from 2011- 2019 and from 2004 - 2008. Previously, she worked as a Lecturer and Clinical coordinator at Padmashree Institute of Physiotherapy, Bengaluru, India from 2000 - 2004.
Dr. Litty has been supervising MBA and Bachelor degree graduation projects and published a few of those findings in peer reviewed journals. She has been serving an internal examiner for the graduation projects as well a Panel member of progression review for Brunel Ahlia PhD program.

Dr. Mohamed Hasan Mohamed Hasan joined Ahlia University in 2015. He holds a PhD degree in Education in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Exeter, UK. He obtained his Master's degree in TESOL from the University of Essex, UK, in 2009 and his Bachelor's degree in English and Translation from the University of Bahrain, in 2007. Between 2007 and 2008, Dr Mohamed worked as an Arabic teacher assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, where he also took postgraduate courses in TESOL.
Dr. Hasan has experience in teaching English to both adults and young learners. In addition to teaching at several private institutes in Bahrain from 2006 to 2014, he taught as a part-timer at the English Language Center at the University of Bahrain between February, 2010 and January, 2011. Currently, he is teaching English to the students at Ahlia University.

Dr. Wasan Awad is ABET coordinator for IT programs and she led the team in order to develop IT programs as per guidelines of international standards such as ABET.
Wasan Shakir is an Associate Professor and Dean of Information Technology College. She is holding BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees in Computer Science. Dr. Wasan joined the University of Bahrain in September 2002 as Assistant Professor of Computer Science and in 2012 she was promoted to Associative Professor of Computer Science. She joined Ahlia University in September 2014 as Associative Professor of Computer Science.
She has very good experience in problem solving and algorithm design, computer programming, information systems development and software engineering, most computer applications, research and development in computational intelligence, coding theory, and information security. Furthermore, she has good experience in preparing academic programs, scientific and project planning and administration. Dr. Wasan has good experience in academic programs QA and accreditation such as ABET. She worked as ABET coordinator for IT programs in University of Bahrain and Ahlia University.
Dr. Wasan has published papers in different fields of computer science and IT in a number of international journals and conferences. She also serves as a member of the editorial boards in a number of international journals and conferences.
She served Bahrain Community by, for example, publishing a number of articles in the newspapers, delivering a number of training courses, developing and improving academic programs of other universities, being a consultant for ministry of social development, being NQF validator and program reviewer and chairing sessions in a number of Bahraini conferences.
Dr. Wasan is a member of a number of Scientific and Professional Societies, such as, IEEE, ACM, Machine Intelligence Research Labs (MIR Labs), and Internet Society.
