Boyd has been assisting business owners to grow their business in a sustainable, profitable way since 2006. He is experienced at planning, implementation and problem solving through his 16+ years in the Army (retiring as a Major), 10+ years growing successful businesses and 15+ years assisting businesses to become more efficient and profitable. Boyd has managed over 250 people at one time in the military and over 50 personnel on projects since leaving the Army. Through this he has been exposed to, and solved, a multitude of operational, personnel, safety and management issues. He can apply this experience to help you overcome any business road blocks and make your business become the organisation you envisaged when you started out. He understands the pressures and loneliness that business owners face and can be an understanding ear, a hands-on consultant helping to produce documented solutions or a coach who can help ease you through issues, or even provide a gentle push when required.
