Allen R. Weiss

Allen R. Weiss joined the Alticor board of directors in 2012. He is the former president of worldwide operations for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, a $10+ billion business with 95,000 employees. As president, Weiss managed operations at the company's theme parks and resorts, including the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Resort Paris, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club and "Adventures by Disney." Weiss began his 39-year Disney career as a teenager in cash control and rose steadily through the ranks. Prior to his role as president of worldwide operations, he served as president of Walt Disney World Resort. Weiss led the company to its largest expansion - including double-digit revenue growth, seven consecutive years of record revenues and profit and worldwide expansion - through a challenging global recession. He also spent more than 20 years in various executive positions in finance, marketing and sales, entertainment and operations. Weiss is an active community leader, serving on the Give Kids the World Executive Advisory Council. Weiss is a member of the board of directors of Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc., a publicly traded company. He also serves on the board of Alticor, Chuck E. Cheese, ClubCorp, Diamond Resorts International and Pilot Flying J - all private companies. Weiss earned a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF). He has been named a distinguished alumnus by UCF and has been inducted into the halls of fame at Rollins College and UCF. Weiss also earned a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

Asha Gupta is Amway's Regional President, Asia & Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing business operations in Amway's markets in Asia. Gupta also leads the development of Amway's long-term global business strategy and is responsible for evaluating growth opportunities to help Amway Business Owners (ABOs) meet customer needs and grow their business online. In addition to her enterprise strategy stewardship, she manages acquisitions and alliance initiatives for the company. Gupta reports directly to CEO Milind Pant. Gupta is a seasoned global executive with a passion for serving entrepreneurs with 26 years of transformational leadership experience, having overseen multi-functional and multi-cultural teams across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining Amway in 2020, Gupta spent 23 years at Tupperware, most recently as EVP & Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, boldly enhancing Tupperware's sustainability positioning and entry into new product categories. Previously as Group President - Asia Pacific, she led the largest revenue and profit contributing region for the company. Gupta began her career leading Regional Sales at Coats Viyella, a large British textile conglomerate, and also consulted for Coca-Cola in the Middle East, helping them with their plans to move into new categories within the region. Gupta was born and raised in India. She received a bachelor's degree in Commerce from University of Madras and an MBA in Marketing from University of Mumbai. As the Global Head of Brand Technology and Enterprise Architecture at Estée Lauder Companies, Khan led the digital transformation of the company's global brands, consumer experience, product innovation, and supply chain. Prior to joining Estée Lauder Companies, Khan served as Senior Vice President of Global E-commerce Platforms for Staples and led the modernization and transformation of their global e-commerce capabilities. Khan earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and technology from the University of Maine.

Dan DeVos is a member of the Board of Directors of Amway, one of the world's leading direct selling companies. Dan previously served as vice president of corporate affairs for Amway. Dan is the son of Amway co-founder Richard DeVos, who with Jay Van Andel, started Amway in 1959 in Ada, Michigan. Dan is chairman and CEO of DP Fox Ventures LLC. Founded in 1993 by Dan and Pamella, DP Fox Ventures LLC is a diversified management company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with interests in real estate, fashion, transportation, sports, and entertainment. Dan owns and operates Fox Motors, Fox Harley-Davidson, and Fox Powersports. He is a partner of CWD Real Estate Investment and co-owner, CEO, and governor of the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League (AHL). Doug DeVos is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Amway, the world's largest direct selling company with more than $8 billion in revenue. He previously served as President of Amway for more than 16 years. DeVos joined Amway in 1986 and served in various leadership positions for Amway in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Doug, along with his wife Maria, is the Founder of Continuum Ventures - an investment company for The Doug & Maria DeVos Family.  DeVos is a globally recognized leader whose focus on entrepreneurship and providing opportunities for people around the world to build businesses of their own has been a lifelong passion. In 2018, the U.S. Department of Commerce appointed DeVos to the U.S.-India CEO Forum. He served as an industry leader in numerous roles including Chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (2014-2017) and Chairman of the U.S. Direct Selling Association (2003-2004). DeVos was inducted into the U.S. Direct Selling Association Hall of Fame and received the Direct Selling Education Foundation's Circle of Honor award. Dr. David W. Walker

Dr. David W. Walker is Professor, UCLA Department of Integrative Biology & Physiology. His research program primarily works to better understand the molecular and cellular mechanisms of aging. One of the major goals of his research program is to identify novel approaches to slow aging and prolong healthy lifespan. The long-term aim of this research is to provide novel therapeutic targets to counteract age-related human diseases. Providing insights into the basic biological mechanisms of aging is the leading approach towards the development of rationale interventions to prolong health, wellness and longevity. Dr. Walker has a BSc in genetics from Queens University of Belfast, and an MRes in molecular biology and a PhD in genetics, both from the University of Manchester. He did post-doctoral work in genetics at the California Institute of Technology.

Additional current interests include regulation of signal transduction pathways by protein tyrosine phosphatases, and extracellular matrix biology related to stem cells, inflammation, and cancer in aging human skin. He received his PhD from Cornell University and postdoctoral training at Washington University in the Departments of Biological Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine.

Dr. Gary Williamson

Frances Yu

She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Amway Greater China Region, with a portfolio covering all marketing, communications, and public affairs across the market, and became regarded as a pioneer in marketing innovation and reputation management. Prior, she served as Amway China's VP of Public Affairs. Yu has served as the General Director of Amway Charity Foundation since its establishment in 2011, leading programs that have helped to improve the nutrition of 4+ million children in rural China. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Women's Professional Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, Vice Chairwoman of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, Executive Director of the Chinese Young Volunteers Association, and as Board Director of the China Environmental Protection Foundation. Prior to joining Amway, Ms. Yu served in the Legal Section of the former PRC Internal Trade Bureau. She holds a master's degree in law from Renmin University of China.

Harjit Gill joined the Alticor board of directors in 2022. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed) in Singapore. Gill is passionate about innovation and healthcare reform and is also a board member for ResMed and MAS Holdings. Appointed CEO of APACMed in 2019, Gill actively leads the company's mission to improve the standards of care for patients in Asia Pacific. Founded in 2014, APACMed is the only regional association to provide a unified voice for the medical technology industry in Asia Pacific. Gill joined APACMed from Philips ASEAN Pacific where she served as Executive Vice President and CEO. In her role, she managed a $2 billion business and a team of 10,000 in 10 countries across its healthcare, lighting, and consumer lifestyle sectors. She spent 25 years with Philips ASEAN Pacific holding a variety of international leadership roles in Holland, Singapore, Dubai, and Hong Kong. Gill is also the former Singapore Chapter Chair of the Young Presidents Organization, the premier leadership organization of Chief Executives in the world, as well as a former board member of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce, the National University of Singapore Entrepreneurship Committee and member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Southeast Asia. Jay Van Andel

Jay Van Andel was born in 1924 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He attended Grand Rapids Christian High School, where he met a young man named Rich DeVos. He attended Calvin College and Pratt Business School in Kansas, and later served as a United States Army Air Force officer from 1942 to 1945. In 1959, Jay co-founded Amway Corp with his good friend and business partner, Rich DeVos. As a lifelong advocate of free enterprise, Jay served as chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from 1979 to 1980. He was a strong supporter of community projects in economic development, health care, education, and the arts. He and his wife, Betty, founded the Van Andel Institute for Education and Medical Research in his hometown of Grand Rapids. Jay and Betty's generosity also helped create the Van Andel Arena and the Van Andel Museum Center for the Grand Rapids Public Museum.

Ducker, who has been with FedEx for more than 40 years, provides strategic direction for the Corporation's less-than-truckload (LTL) companies throughout North America and for FedEx Custom Critical, a leading expedited freight carrier. He previously served FedEx as the president of international business, COO of FedEx Express and president of FedEx Express Asia Pacific. In addition, Ducker led FedEx's Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and Southern European regions. Ducker formerly served on the advisory committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations for the Obama Administration. Michelle McKenna

She currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for the National Football League (NFL), and is also a member of the board of directors for RingCentral and Quotient Technology, Inc. In her role as Chief Information Officer for the NFL, McKenna is responsible for the NFL's technology strategy, shared service delivery and leadership of the league's activities. She has been at the NFL since 2012 and is executive sponsor of the league's Women's Inclusion Network. She has been awarded the Game Changer Award by Sports Business Journal. In 2013, Forty Over Forty - Women to Watch named her as one of the top 40 women in business. Ms. McKenna joined the NFL from Constellation Energy in Baltimore, Maryland, where she was the Chief Information Officer. At Constellation, she led the acquisition of competitive energy businesses and a merger with Exelon. In this capacity, she served as a board advisor and worked closely with the Chairman and CEO. Nelson reports directly to Amway CEO Milind Pant and serves on Amway's Global Leadership Team, Amway's key executive decision-making body focused on global strategy development and delivering meaningful ABO and customer experiences. He also serves on Amway's Executive Staff comprised of top cross-functional executive leaders focused on enhancing company culture, talent capabilities and global market needs. He has been with Amway since 1992 in a variety of leadership roles related to company strategy, vision and growth, working extensively with Amway markets around the world. Nelson previously served as Chief Administrative & Supply Chain Officer, Chief Information Officer, and as vice president of Amway global strategic planning. Prior to leading strategy, Nelson was director of project management and director of strategic procurement. Nelson serves on the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce Governance Committee, the Economic Club of Grand Rapids Board, and the West Michigan Regional Air Alliance. Nelson earned a BA degree in Business and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. He received a Master of Management degree from Aquinas College. Milind Pant joined Amway in January 2019 as Chief Executive Officer. He leads the overall management of Amway and is responsible for setting the company's strategic vision and growth strategies. Pant reports directly to and holds a seat on Amway's Board of Directors. He is the first non-family member to run the business since its founding in 1959. In his role as CEO, Pant serves on Amway's Global Leadership Team, Amway's key executive decision-making body focused on global strategy development and delivering meaningful ABO and customer experiences. He also serves on Amway's Executive Staff comprised of top cross-functional executive leaders focused on enhancing company culture, talent capabilities and global market needs. Most recently, Pant was President of Pizza Hut International with Yum! Brands. In this role, he led the international division across 109 countries with more than 9,000 Pizza Hut stores. He was also previously President - Yum! China, served as Managing Director, Yum! Thailand and Chief Marketing Officer - Yum! Indian Subcontinent. Prior to joining Yum! Brands, Pant spent 14 years with Unilever in a variety of executive roles, including Vice President - Foods for Africa, Middle East, Turkey. Pant serves as a vice-chair on the U.S.-India Business Council's Board of Directors and is also on the U.S.-China Business Council's Board of Directors. Pant is also a member of the CEO Council for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations and is the Global Regulatory Affairs Committee chairman for the organization. As Chief Marketing Officer, Peter Strydom is responsible for developing product and digital experiences that inspire brand loyalty, empower Amway Business Owners as they continue building customer relationships and drive sustained growth across Amway's portfolio of brands. Strydom leads a global team dedicated to creating customized online, mobile and social consumer experiences. Strydom reports directly to Amway CEO Milind Pant and serves on Amway's Global Leadership Team, Amway's key executive decision-making body focused on global strategy development and delivering meaningful ABO and customer experiences. He also serves on Amway's Executive Staff comprised of top cross-functional executive leaders focused on enhancing company culture, talent capabilities and global market needs. He has been with Amway since 1997 in a variety of leadership roles with Amway in four countries. Strydom most recently served as the Managing Director of Amway Japan for seven years. Prior to that role, he was Amway Europe's Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer for Europe. He also ran the Southern European business for Amway Europe and the Mediterranean countries. At the beginning of his Amway career, Strydom served as the General Manager of South Africa. Strydom serves as Chairman of the Remember Hope Council, a philanthropic organization that is dedicated to building community centers in the 2011 tsunami-hit region of Eastern Japan.

Rich DeVos

Rich DeVos was born in 1926 outside Grand Rapids, Michigan, in a small town called Ada. He attended Grand Rapids Christian High School, where he met a young man named Jay Van Andel. Rich went on to attend Calvin College, and later served in the United States Army Air Force from 1944 to 1946. In 1959, Rich co-founded Amway Corp with his good friend and business partner, Jay Van Andel. Rich and his wife, Helen, became passionately involved in philanthropy in their hometown of Grand Rapids. Rich and Helen's generosity helped create many institutions, including Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, the DeVos Communications Center at Calvin College, the DeVos Campus of Grand Valley State University, and the DeVos Place Convention Center and Concert Hall. Rich was also the owner and chairman of the National Basketball Association's Orlando Magic, and has owned numerous other sports franchises.

Steve Van Andel is co-chair of the board of directors of Amway, one of the world's leading direct selling businesses. He served as co-CEO of Amway from 1995-2018. Van Andel has been an ambassador for free enterprise and free trade interests all over the world. He has twice served as chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he remains a member of several committees, and has been involved with the U.S. China Business Council as well as the U.S. Korea Business Council. Van Andel shared his passion for economic freedom on a local level in his role as chairman of the Economic Club of Grand Rapids during the 2014/2015 season. Van Andel serves on the boards of directors of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation, Business Leaders for Michigan, West Michigan Policy Forum and Metro Health Hospital. He also serves on the board of his alma mater, Hillsdale College. Van Andel earned a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Hillsdale College and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Miami University in Ohio. Van Andel is chairman and CEO of the Van Andel Institute for Education and Medical Research in Grand Rapids, Michigan, a biomedical center that focuses on cancer and Parkinson's research, and science education. The center was founded by his parents, the late Jay and Betty Van Andel. Van Andel has various business interests in health and wellness companies. He also is co-owner and chairman of the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League. Van Andel formerly was the chief operating officer of Pyxis Innovations Inc., a former Amway Innovations subsidiary. He also was Amway's senior vice president/managing director - Americas and Europe, with responsibility for business in more than 30 markets in North America, Europe and Latin America. He also directed new market development for the corporation. In addition, Van Andel has served as Amway's senior vice president - operations, vice president of manufacturing and operations, and director of regional distribution centers. In these roles, he oversaw global manufacturing, global distribution, information systems, engineering, forecasting/planning, purchasing and import-export operations. Van Andel serves, and has served, on the boards of numerous civic, cultural, and community organizations, including Grand Action; The Right Place, Inc.; American Cancer Society Foundation of Michigan; The Economic Club of Grand Rapids; and Hope College (Holland, Michigan). Van Andel-Gaby serves as a trustee of the Richard and Barbara Gaby Foundation, chairman of The Heritage Foundation Board of Trustees, a member of the Reagan Ranch Board of Governors, and a member of the board of advisors for the Arete Scholarship Fund in Atlanta, Georgia. She previously served as vice president of Amway Hotel Corporation and CEO of Peter Island Resorts. A dedicated homeschooler since 1998, Van Andel-Gaby has homeschooled all six of her children. She is a member of the Georgia Home Education Association, the Home School Legal Defense Association, and several other home school organizations in Georgia. She also is a member of Perimeter Church of Atlanta, Georgia.
