Dr. Christopher Serafin is a recent transplant to the great state of Georgia, being originally from California, where he has lived most of his life. Growing up in the Bay Area, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History at University of the Pacific located in Stockton, California. After completing his Bachelor's, he moved to New Zealand for a year, where he studied, travelled and taught English as a second language to small rural communities on the North Island of that country. Upon returning to the states, he enrolled at University of Phoenix, in pursuit of a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Administration, which he completed in 2012. Two years later, he enrolled at Northcentral University pursuing a doctorate degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing. Upon completing his doctoral coursework, Dr. Serafin was invited to join the Delta Mu Delta international honors society for business scholars. His main area of interest throughout his doctorate program was in digital marketing, and specifically social media management practices to enhance company branding, reach, and customer acquisition. Previously, Dr. Serafin has worked as a consultant for sole proprietors and small businesses looking to enhance their online presence, while attracting more customers through their social accounts and activities.

Robert S. Kortbawi holds a DBA in Business Administration with a concentration on Organizational Leadership, an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelors of Science in Social Science and Psychology.
He as worked as an Executive Director for a not-for-profit Residential Drug/Alcohol Treatment Center. He has also served as a Program Director for a Drug/Alcohol Treatment Center and as a Unit Supervisor for the Florida Department of Children and Families. During his time with DCF, he served on many projects designed to improve efficiency with their computer programs. He followed this up working as Trainer, teaching fiduciary responsibilities to employees of the Department of Interior and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He has owned and operated his own Photography business. He served 20 years in the United States Air Force and held many supervisory positions. Additionally, he is a certified, NCAA and NFHS Softball official.
He is an adjunct professor at Argosy University, and has taught various business and leadership classes to undergraduates, masters level, and doctoral level students, in the School of Business and Education. He also serves as a Chair for students completing their doctoral degree. He is also an adjunct professor, teaching online at Excelsior College in Albany NY, teaching in the School of Business, where he also worked as a subject matter expert in Supply Chain Management, developing courses for their MBA program.
He is a member of Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society, where he also served as the President for the Argosy-Denver chapter. Additionally, he is a member of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society for Business. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is working on his SHRM certification. His research interests are in Leadership, Management, and Education.
