Ari Weinberger has served as Senior Executive Advisor for Andev for over 20 years, supporting the firm's growth through cultivating relationships with the financing community and transaction execution. Ari is the EVP of Healthcare at Enclave Equities and is responsible for developing a senior housing investing platform. He has significant healthcare and real estate investment banking and operating experience.
Prior to joining Enclave Equities, Ari ran the corporate finance department at Mazars USA, where he was responsible for executing M&A and capital-raising transactions. Prior to joining Mazars, Ari served as President of CRL Senior Living Communities. Before running CRL, Ari was a Senior Vice President of Shattuck Hammond Partners, a division of Morgan Keegan. Ari was involved in over $3 billion of healthcare M&A and capital-raising transactions during his five-year tenure.
Outside of work, Ari is the founder and chairman of Team Lifeline, an endurance training program that raises money for Chai Lifeline, an organization that works with sick children and their families. Team Lifeline started with one race and 26 runners. Today, Team Lifeline participates in four races, trains over 500 runners a year and raises over $3 million annually.

Ariel joined Andev Group in 2023. Previously, he was an investment banker with Baird Global Investment Banking, where he executed over $1 billion in M&A transactions and provided other financial advisory services. Before joining Baird, Ariel served in the Israeli Ministry of Defense, where he specialized in regional geopolitics and international cooperation. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a BA in Government from Reichman University.

Ben Ganther is president of Ganther Construction | Architecture, Inc., an open shop design / construction management firm in business since 1900. Ben has been president since 1992, and under his leadership, the Company has evolved from a self-performing general contractor to lean-principled construction management, architectural and construction services firm serving clients throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.
Ganther Construction | Architecture, Inc. has been the general construction and design-build firm of choice for Andev for over 25 years.
As Director of Design & Construction Services, Ben is intimately involved in the feasibility assessment of each Andev development, providing detailed cost analysis, design-build relationship and construction services from inception to completion.
Ben has served as President of Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin and was awarded the Wisconsin 2009 Build Wisconsin Award in the Design-Build Renovation Category for Bella Vista Independent and Assisted Living and Bella Vista Manor, both Andev-developed projects.
Dan is a business and real estate developer specializing in the healthcare and real estate industries, with experience across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Israel. His expertise includes development, turnaround and expansion of residential and retirement facilities, chronic care institutions and medical service businesses. His real estate development expertise includes project conceptualization, planning, financing, construction management, operations and marketing.
In addition to his role as CEO of Andev Group, Dan was previously the founder and CEO of CRL Senior Living Communities, LLC, which operated the portfolio of senior living facilities developed by Andev, until the company's sale in 2008.
For over 25 years, Dan has been responsible for Andev Group's continuing growth.

David has been a commercial real estate broker since 1983. For the past 20 years, he has exclusively represented buyers and tenants seeking all types of commercial property, including vacant land for development. David began working with Andev Group in 2017 to help locate, negotiate and facilitate the successful purchase and development of optimal senior living sites throughout the Midwest.

- Investment Relations Advisor
Hagit joined Andev Group in 2011 to advise on the firm's international investor base. In addition to her role with Andev, Hagit has been leading her accounting firm for 20 years, providing accounting, financial consulting and strategic business planning services to large and medium companies, both private and public. The firm has grown to become one of the premier boutique accounting and financial service practices in Israel. Previously, Hagit held positions at KPMG and BDO.
Hagit holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Master's Degree in Law from Bar Ilan University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
Mark joined Andev Group from its inception. As CFO of the firm, Mark is primarily responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of development projects, debt and equity financings, joint venture management and investment accounting, reporting and compliance.
Before joining Andev Group, Mark was CFO of CRL Retirement Living, LLC, a Chicago-based senior housing and healthcare company, overseeing all financial aspects of development, financing and operations. Previously, Mark was a Managing Director of the Chicago-based CPA firm Mann, Benzinger & Co., specializing in serving real estate-related companies, including developers, contractors and investment holders. Mark was also a financial consultant to school districts and local government agencies.
Mark holds a BA in Accounting from the Walton School of Commerce, Chicago, a Certified Public Accountant license and a real estate managing broker license in Illinois.
Mike joined Andev in 2003 after sixteen years of practicing real estate and civil litigation law and working with his family's luxury homebuilding and development business. With Andev, Mike serves as General Counsel, conducting and overseeing all legal, transactional and zoning matters and all construction projects in the Midwest. In addition to his legal and construction backgrounds, Mike served as a member of the Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Plan Commission for 12 years, giving him an invaluable perspective on the development process. He graduated from Drake University and the University of Santa Clara School of Law.
