Ukraine has vigorous potentialities in producing a wide range of pipeline valves for oil-and-gas production, chemical, petrochemical, nuclear power, food and other branches of industry as well as valves for special purposes... In order to keep and implement the experience accumulated as well as defend and represent national interests in international organizations the main valves producers have come to a decision to join their efforts as members of Ukrainian Association for Valves Industry... The tasks of the Association include assistance in further development of national valves production, increase of export potentialities of the branch, design and development of products competitive in the global market, harmonization of Ukrainian laws with EC ones concerning valves industry as well as drafting appropriate laws, President's edicts, decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and other legislative documents.
