Our Mission is to educate, support and develop quality housing communities and encourage self-sufficiency... Since 1939, Biloxi Housing Authority has been serving families in this great city. We strive to embody our mission every day. Through our Housing Choice Voucher Program, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Market properties, we serve 1,748 families…and we are always looking for more opportunities to make a positive impact... Using public and private partnerships, our resilient staff provides numerous services to our participants. From the Family Self-Sufficiency Program to the Employment Readiness Program, we are encouraging families to dream bigger. BHA provides access to early head start, computer labs, educational opportunities, as well as a free health clinic, adult day care and an assisted living facility.
